Starting on your chosen date, emails are delivered every morning at 8am in the recipient's local timezone.

Timezone & Location

How do you determine the recipient's timezone?

We automatically detect the timezone based on the recipient's location when they first open their welcome email. This ensures they receive emails at the perfect time in their local area.

What if they travel or move?

The delivery time is set based on their initial timezone and remains consistent throughout the gift duration. This provides predictable timing regardless of travel.

  • • Wait until 9am local time (1 hour grace period)
  • • Check spam/junk folders thoroughly
  • • Contact us with the specific date and we'll resend immediately
