How do I track my order?

After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a magic link. Click this link anytime to view your order status, delivery progress, and recipient details.

Can I change the recipient email address?

Yes, but only before the first email is delivered. Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct email address.

Can I change the start date?

You can modify the start date up to 24 hours before the scheduled first delivery. After that, the gift will begin as originally scheduled.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no emails have been delivered. Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of active gifts.

Email Delivery

When are emails delivered?

All emails are delivered at 8am in the recipient's local timezone, every day for the duration of the gift. This includes weekends and holidays.

What if emails are going to spam?

Add hello@inboxpresent.com to your contacts or safe sender list. Check your spam/junk folder and mark our emails as "Not Spam" to improve future delivery.

Quick Fix:

  2. 2. Mark it as "Not Spam"

An email is missing - what should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and the date of the missing email. We can resend it immediately.

Can I change the delivery time?

Currently, all emails are delivered at 8am local time. This timing works best for most people's morning routines and ensures consistent delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets through our secure Stripe payment system.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, the same secure system used by companies like Amazon and Google. We never store your payment information on our servers.

Can I get a receipt?

You'll receive an email receipt immediately after purchase. You can also access your receipt anytime using your magic link order tracking.

What's your refund policy?

We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase if no emails have been delivered. After delivery begins, partial refunds may be available for unused portions.

Technical Support

Emails look broken or poorly formatted

Our emails are designed to work with all major email clients. If formatting looks off, try viewing the email in a web browser using the "View in browser" link at the top of each email.

Do the emails work on mobile?

Yes! Our emails are fully responsive and designed to look great on phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Can I forward the emails to others?

Absolutely! The emails are designed to be easily shareable. Many recipients love forwarding their favorites to friends and family.

Images aren't loading in emails

Some email clients block images by default. Look for a "Display Images" or "Show Images" option in your email client, or add hello@inboxpresent.com to your trusted senders.
